ISVA International was founded with a singular belief: that every human being deserves dignity, opportunity, and the support to thrive. What began as a grassroots effort in St. Pete Beach, Florida, has grown into an organization that touches hundreds of lives each year.
Driven entirely by volunteers and community partners, we operate with radical transparency and an unwavering focus on impact — not overhead. We go where we are needed, serve those who are overlooked, and advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Rita Pavilionis is the founding force behind ISVA International. With a deep commitment to community service and social advocacy, Rita has dedicated herself to building an organization that meets people in their moments of greatest need — and helps them find a path forward.
Her work is rooted in the belief that systemic change begins at the local level, and that lasting impact is built one person, one family, one community at a time.
